Extended PDFs are free and are provided as PDF excerpts to your email address.
Print Copies are offered at a reduced rate. Print copy fees:
Print Copies with a list price under $25 are $8
Print Copies with a list price of $25 or over are $15
We are a small non-profit, and the fees are to cover shipping and other out-of-pocket costs.
We only ship desk copies to institutions. Shipping within the United States has no extra cost. For international orders, there will be an additional $30 charge for shipping.
We endeavor to verify your information and process requests within three business days. For print copies, please allow an additional 5–10 days for delivery.
All orders are subject to staff approval and availability. Priority will be given to those who request PDF excerpts.
We reserve the right to refuse desk copies to individuals who abuse the program or submit fraudulent requests.
