Stagnation by Regulation in Americas Kudzu Economy

Ever since the Nixon administration, government regulation has spread like kudzu across the economic landscape. Several proposals for cutting it back merit consideration, not the least of which is to declare regulatory kudzu a kind of federal noxious weed.
