Gregory R. Michael

Gregory R. Michael is a litigation associate at Dhillon Law Group Inc. where he has been involved in numerous constitutional and civil liberties litigation cases, including the landmark First Amendment case of Young America’s Foundation et al. v. Napolitano et al. (U.S. District Court, Northern District of California) against the University of California at Berkeley.

His practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation matters, including individual and class actions arising under the First and Fourteenth Amendments, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and employment litigation. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his articles have appeared in The Hill and Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
