Sr. Fellow Ivan Eland, author of Partitioning for Peace appeared on Canada's CTV to talk about recent events in Iraq, where Iraqi forces have gone on the offensive against ISIS militants. Eland gives his perspective on Iraq's history and how his idea of partitioning of Iraq is still an outcome that would bring relative peace in Iraq.
