Michael Reksulak
Michael Reksulak is a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute, Director of Research Policy at the Qatar Foundation, and Chair of the Board of the Melton Foundation. He has been Associate Professor of Economics at Georgia Southern University, and he has studied at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena (Germany) and University of Kent at Canterbury (England) before receiving his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Mississippi. He has also worked as a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute of Economics. A prolific writer, Dr. Reksulak has published more than 90 columns since 2006. His scholarly articles have appeared in Public Choice, Southern Economic Journal, Theory and Decision, Economics and Politics, Constitutional Political Economy, and Public Finance and Management.
