Kurt Stephenson

Kurt Stephenson is a professor in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at Virginia Tech. Stephenson’s research interests include market-based environmental policies, water resource economics and policy, and the role of economic analysis in public policy. He has served on numerous water quality policy and regulatory advisory boards. Dr. Stephenson received his BS in Economics from Radford University, his MS degree in Agricultural Economics from Virginia Tech, and his PhD in Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
