Women: What Barack Obama Got Right and Many Conservatives Get Wrong

In his State of the Union speech last week President Obama proposed a $500 tax credit for the second earning spouse and a much more liberal child care tax credit. So what’s wrong with that? Nothing. In fact if you believe in supply side tax policies, the president’s proposals are too timid. He didn’t go far enough.
So what was the conservative response?
