Roger D. Feldman is the Blue Cross Professor of Health Insurance and Professor of Economics at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Health Services Research. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Rochester, and he has served as Senior Economist with the President’s Council of Economic Advisors, Visiting Professor at the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Director of the HCFA Research Center funded by the Health Care Financing Administration, and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Health Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
