Sr. Fellow John C. Goodman, author of New Way to Care discusses minimum wage laws. If higher wage prices are mandated for employers, where does the money come from, asks Goodman. Teens who keep their jobs are most likely in the suburbs, and those most likely to lose their jobs are from low-income households.
