Sr. Fellow Stephen Halbrook, author of The Right to Bear Arms is interviewed about the upcoming US Supreme Court case that may make it easier in some states to acquire a permit to carry a concealed weapon, as the Constitution allows. Forty two states allow concealed firearms with adequate training. Halbrook says the Supreme Court could make it easier to obtain a concealed carry permit in the eight states where it is extremely difficult to obtain such a license unless you are one of the "ruling class elite."
