Mechanicals Requirements
| Electronic format is preferred (either as a PDF, EPS, or TIF). Electronic art should be high-resolution (300 dpi at 5.5 x 8.5"). We also accept camera-ready art at actual size. Line screens should be 133- or 150-line for best results (150-line maximum). We reserve the right to alter ads that do not meet size specifications. |

Policy
All advertisements are subject to The Independent Reviews approval of copy, text, display, and illustration. The Independent Review reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement at any time, and is not responsible for errors in key numbers. Any change in ad rates will not disturb existing contracts with The Independent Review.
Payment
Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Liability
The Independent Review shall not be liable for any failure to print, publish, or circulate all or any portion of any issue in which an advertisement is accepted by The Independent Review due to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or any other uncontrollable circumstances.
