Sr. Fellow Randall Holcombe, author of Liberty in Peril, sees threats to four reedom, but in general, he says, we are more free than just a generation ago. We have more choices. Tax rates are lower. People can easily move to states where they are even more free, but what are the threats to our freedoms?
