Roger W. Garrison
is Professor Emeritus of Economics at Auburn University. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Virginia, and he has been Visiting Hayek Fellow at the London School of Economics, Assistant Professor of Economics at New York University, and Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
He is the author of the book, Time and Money: The Macroeconomics of Capital Structure
