The Senior Director of Advancement is responsible for securing major gifts from exceptional individuals, families, foundations, and companies who find our programs compelling.
The Marketing and Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing and social media plans and campaigns, with two goals in mind: widening and deepening the audience for Independents ideas and products (marketing) and then actually increasing the number of products sold or ideas disseminated to those audiences (sales).
The Development Coordinator is a key team member of the development team and responsible for all development administration, including, but not limited to: processing donations, sending acknowledgements, and executing activities for the mailing and communications calendar.
