Wen Fa is an Attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation, and he has litigated numerous direct-rep cases dealing with private property, equality under the law, school choice, economic liberty, and the First Amendment.
He received his Master’s Degree in political theory from the London School of Economics and J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and he has worked at the Human Rights Initiative in Dallas and the Institute for Justice. In addition, he is the Founder of the Sacramento Chapter of America’s Future Foundation and a Member of the Board of the Sacramento Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society.
He has published in the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal as well as numerous newspapers, and he blogs at Fa on First.
