Timothy M. Sandefur
Timothy M. Sandefur is Vice President for Litigation at the Goldwater Institute and a former Senior Staff Attorney with the Pacific Legal Foundation. He received his law degree from Chapman University School of Law
He is the author of the books, Cornerstone of Liberty: Property Rights in 21st Century America (with Christina Sandefur), The Right to Earn A Living, The Conscience of The Constitution, and The Permission Society, as well as some 45 scholarly articles on subjects ranging from eminent domain and economic liberty to antitrust, copyright, slavery and the Civil War.
