Brandon Scarborough

Brandon Scarborough is a Research Fellow at the Property and Environment Research Center (PERC) and an independent environmental economics consultant in Bozeman, Montana. He specializes in water markets for economic as well as environmental applications and the associated institutional structures that promote or inhibit trading. Other interests include payments for ecosystem services, alternative energy policies, climate change, and the efficacy of using forests to sequester carbon as part of a national or international abatement strategy. He holds BS degrees in Business and Environmental Biology and a MS in Applied Economics from Montana State University.
