Hovannes Abramyan
Hovannes Abramyan is a former Research Fellow at the Independent Institute. He previously served as director of the Center for the Study of Ideological Diversity at Reason Foundation and policy fellow at the Pacific Research Institute. Dr. Abramyan earned his PhD in political science at the University of California, Los Angeles, and his BA in political science at the University of California, Berkeley. His commentaries have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Investors Business Daily, among other leading outlets.
