Remington may be held responsible for the murders of school children in Sandy Hook, CT due to the marketing the AR-15 rifle as a tool of crime. Sr. Fellow Stephen Halbrook, a Second Amendment attorney, says Remington didn't market their products thusly, so any lawsuits against Remington, the maker of the Bushmaster AR-15 rifle should be dismissed. However, the courts in the state of Connecticut have decided the lawsuit can go forward.
