R. Scott Smith
R. Scott Smith is Professor of Ethics and Christian Apologetics in the School of Professional Ethics at Biola University. His books include Virtue Ethics and Moral Knowledge: Philosophy of Language after MacIntyre and Hauerwas, Truth and the New Kind of Christian: The Emerging Effects of Postmodernism in the Church, Naturalism and Our Knowledge of Reality: Testing Religious Truth-claims, In Search of Moral Knowledge: Overcoming the Fact-Value Dichotomy and Authentically Emergent: In Search of a Truly Progressive Christianity. He received his Ph.D. in religion and social ethics from the University of Southern California.
