Craig Eyermann is a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute. He is also the creator of MyGovCost.org: Government Cost Calculator. He received his M.S. in mechanical engineering from New Mexico State University and M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, having received a B.S. in both mechanical and aerospace engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Mr. Eyermann has designed and developed advanced technologies for commercial aircraft at Boeing Company, managed structural testing to define and implement strategic technologies for launch vehicles at Orbital Sciences, managed the design and prototyping of armor product development for BAE Systems, performed statistical process control analysis for automotive safety at TRW Vehicle Safety Systems, and has developed cost management plans for manufacturing aircraft engines and auxiliary power units at Honeywell.
