Bryan Caplan
Bryan Caplan is Associate Professor of Economics at George Mason University. He is the author of the book, The Myth of the Rational Voter: Why Democracies Choose Bad Policies, and his articles have appeared in numerous scholarly journals including The Independent Review, Economic Journal, Journal of Law and Economics, Social Science Quarterly, Journal of Public Economics, Southern Economic Journal, and Public Choice.
