Obtaining Review Copies for Adoption Consideration

The Independent Institute, is a non-partisan non-profit, public policy research organization headquartered in Oakland, California. We regularly publish works on a wide range of political, economic, and public policy issues.  Most are available in extremely affordable paperback editions and make accessible and economical alternatives to (or additions to) traditional textbooks.

If you are a professor or instructor and would like to consider an Independent Institute book for course use you may request a review copy in one of two ways.

Most requests will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, and the Review Copy should arrive within with 5-10 business days.

Fulfillment of Review Copy requests are contingent on inventory availability and are subject to staff review and approval. Review Copies are provided at the sole discretion of The Independent Institute and its agents.
