Utah’s Declining Economic Freedom


This article discusses Utah’s economic freedom score in the Economic Freedom of North America Index and how it dropped from fourth place to seventh compared with the other states. The authors offer one solution, the “Yellow Pages Test,” for having a positive impact on the states economic freedom and level of economic growth.
