Watkins also talks about the future of the court and how and when a replacement for Scalia might be chosen. He says Our Constitution is more in jeopardy than it has been for a long time.
Senior Fellow Ivan Eland is interviewed on CCTV America about security measures taken by the French Government during the COP21 Climate Change Summit in Paris. After terrorist attacks, France has reinforced borders, mobilized 120,000 police officers, and banned large marches that had been planned to coincide with the climate summit.

The war on drugs has been waged for 35 years. Drugs are impossible to control and their use should not be illegal, according to Holcombe. Transactions among consenting adults shouldnt be prosecuted, he says. Only if property crimes or violence occurs, should drug users be prosecuted.
