Research Fellow Stephen Halbrook, author of The Right to Bear Arms, appears on WSKW radio's Freedom's Pep Rally to discuss how some states deny the right to carry arms. The US Supreme Court will decide if that right can be expanded into states where the right to carry a gun is currently denied by local jurisdictions, unless you are a celebrity or even pay bribes to those who grant licenses to carry.
