H. E. Frech
Dr. H. E. Frech is a Research Fellow at The Independent Institute and a researcher and teacher at UC Santa Barbara. He has been a visiting professor at Harvard and the University of Chicago, an adjunct professor at Sciences Po in Paris, an adjunct scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, and an economist in the U.S. Government.
He is North American Editor of the International Journal of the Economics of Business and his written for numerous American and European journals, including American Economic Review, Journal of Political Economy, Journal of Law and Economics, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Institutional and Theoretical Economics, De Economist and Review d’Economie Politique. His most recent books are Competition and Monopoly in Medical Care and The Productivity of Health Care and Pharmaceuticals: An International Comparison.
