Cherylyn Harley LeBon

Cherylyn Harley LeBon is Policy Director for MyGovCost (Government Cost Calculator) and Fellow at the Independent Institute. She received her B.A. in history cum laude from Canisius College and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin.
Ms. LeBon is also Co-Chairman of Project 21, the national network of black conservatives, with the National Center for Public Policy Research, and she is the President and Founder of KLAR Strategies, LLC.
Ms. LeBon has also served as Special Assistant for Congressional and
Legislative Affairs in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Assistant
Administrator for Intergovernmental Affairs and Deputy Assistant Administrator for Field Operations at the Small Business Administration, Vice President of Public Affairs at the National Fisheries Institute, Senior Counsel for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, Deputy Press Secretary and Spokesperson for the Republican National Committee, and media advisor to the Conservative UK Party during the Prime Minister election. She was appointed the youngest Research Guest and Lecturer at the University of Bremen Law School in Germany
and has lectured across the U.S. and throughout Western and Eastern Europe on American business, legal, and policy issues.
Ms. LeBon has further served as an Advisor to the German Bundestag (Congress) and as an International Transaction Specialist with the Mannesmann Corporation in Dusseldorf where she structured and negotiated financial transactions in Eastern Europe and Asia.
A frequent guest on the Fox News Channel, PBS, CNN, Sky News, and numerous national radio shows, she is a columnist with Townhall, Politicalistas, and The Blaze. Her articles have appeared in The Daily Caller, Washington Times, and FoxNews.com among others.
