Maurice Mann

Maurice Mann (1929–1990) was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Pacific Stock Exchange, Inc. He graduated from Northeastern University in 1951 and received an M.A. from Boston University and a Ph.D. from Syracuse University.

Dr. Mann also served as Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, President of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Executive Vice President of the Western Pennsylvania National Bank, Assistant Director of the Bureau of the Budget, Assistant Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and Chairman of a task force exploring the possible privatization of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac).
