Todd K. BenDor is an assistant professor of City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. BenDor is an environmental planner with a background in systems modeling and policy analysis. His research and teaching focus on understanding the impacts of urban development and expansion on urban infrastructure, ecological and environmental resources, and environmental-related conflicts. In 2009, he was a GlaxoSmithKline Faculty Fellow at North Carolina State University's Institute for Emerging Issues. He holds a BS from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an MS from Washington State University, and a PhD from the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
