is President of the George C. Marshall Institute. The author of numerous studies on national security and the environment, Mr. Kueter received his B.A. in political science and economics at the University of Iowa, where he graduated with honors, and an M.A. in political science and another M.A. in security policy studies and science and technology studies, both from George Washington University. He has served as Research Director at the National Coalition for Advanced Manufacturing (NACFAM) and at Washington Nichibei Consultants. His articles have appeared in the New York Times, Boston Globe
