Jennifer Berkowitz Schell is Public Affairs Counsel for the Independent Institute. President and Chief Executive Officer of PRoactive Solutions, she has been Director of Public Affairs and Marketing for the Pacific Research Institute and Vice President of John Adams Associates, a Washington, D.C.-based public relations agency known for its work managing and communicating about emerging health, environmental, and safety issues. She received an M.A. from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in political science from Dickinson College.
