John B. Estill

John B. Estill is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at San Jose State University. He received his M.A. in economics from San Jose State University, and he is Founder and President of Appian Engineering, Managing Partner of GME Associates, and past President of the Association of Engineering Construction Employers. His article, “Taxing Development: The Law and Economics of Traffic Impact Fees” (with B. Powell and E. Stringham), appeared in the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal.
